Hi there and welcome to my first ever blog post! My name is Adrianna, and I look forward to filling this website with lots of cool articles in the near future. Starting a blog is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I have always liked reading other people’s blog posts with fun DIYs and from-scratch recipes and thought it would be fun to share my crafting ideas or recipes too.

Why am I starting a blog about health and well-being you ask? Well, that just so happens to be another major passion of mine. Currently, I am a college student studying Wellness Health Promotion, and I aspire to become a wellness coach. My curiosity and interest in nutrition and fitness lead me to this career path. But what has really captivated me is the mind-body-spirit connection. There is an array of evidence out there to show that our emotions, social connection, spirituality, work-life balance, and environment all impact our health. These are just to name a few. I will be writing about topics that will touch on the many aspects of health and well-being, not just physical health. Looking at health from this holistic perspective has made such a positive difference in my life. It only made sense to share what I’ve learned with others. My biggest hope with this blog is that I can provide a little inspiration and share some ideas that will help you to better your life.
